My Story
With a background in Operations, HR, and Executive Coaching, I’ve spent over a decade supporting small businesses and startups — especially those in that sweet, scrappy spot between $0 and $5M in revenue.
I’ve seen the back end of hundreds of businesses,
and here’s what I know for sure:
Your time is better spent building revenue and impact — not fumbling through QuickBooks at midnight, running on fumes, and burning the candle at both ends.

I get it — you’re scrappy, resourceful, and used to figuring things out on your own. That grit got you this far.
But sustainable success doesn’t come from doing everything yourself. It comes from knowing where your time creates the most value — and trusting partners to help you with the rest.

My corporate career started in Operations and then shifted into HR. In 2014, I flew the corporate coop to start my coaching practice. I knew how to run operations for a $40M business and how to run HR/People Operations for $13M organizations, but I didn't have a clue about how to run my own solo business.

I spent years trying to do it all on my own. And when I finally reached the point of asking for help, the bookkeepers I hired flaked — leaving me crying into QuickBooks at tax time.

After the second year in a row of cussing, crying, and swearing I’d never do another tax season like that again, I finally found someone who got it. She didn’t just understand the numbers — she understood me.
She supported my neurodivergent, procrastinating, demand-avoidant brain with compassion and structure. It changed everything. And she’s still an essential part of my business success, five years later.​
