For our neurodivergent clients, we offer extra high-touch, brain-friendly support that adapts to the way you think, process, and work — not the other way around. Whether that means more structure, more flexibility, clearer communication, breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense for your nervous system, or even body-doubling sessions where you can have someone virtually alongside you while you work to help you stay focused and get your bookkeeping tasks done, we meet you there.
All of our clients receive thoughtful, relationship-based bookkeeping support where you are never expected to “perform” or fit into a rigid system — just real support, real understanding, and stellar care for your business.
We primarily work with coaches, consultants, wellness providers, and other small business owners who value a high-touch, relationship-based approach to bookkeeping.

It means we recognize that ADHD and autistic business owners may need different kinds of support — and that's okay.We understand that things like procrastination and demand avoidance are real challenges, and we work with you in ways that are supportive, flexible, and non-judgmental.That might mean more structure, accountability, body doubling, written instructions, breaking something into smaller steps, explaining the same concept a different way, or simply creating an environment where you don't have to mask or pretend you understand something when you don't.Our goal isn't to make you work like us.It's to find ways of working together that work for your brain and nervous system.

Not necessarily. We also offer one-time Advisory Sessions and bookkeeping projects for DIY business owners who want professional support without outsourcing their bookkeeping completely. That might include reviewing or creating your Chart of Accounts, troubleshooting a bookkeeping issue, setting up your accounting system, reviewing your books, or helping you get unstuck. DIY doesn't have to mean doing everything alone.

This is where bookkeeping becomes genuinely useful.Instead of simply emailing you financial statements every month, we'll meet with you to walk through how your business actually performed.We'll look at things like revenue, expenses, profitability, owner pay, trends, and anything unusual or important happening in your numbers.This is also when we can step back and review your business goals for the year or quarter, talk about how you're currently tracking toward them, and brainstorm ways to help you reach higher levels of success with greater satisfaction — while still sustaining a life you actually love.Our goal is for you to leave thinking:“I know exactly what's happening with my money, I understand what deserves my attention, and I know what I need to do next.”It just might become your favorite business meeting of the month.  💚

We'll want to understand what you're using, whether it's working for you, and what your business actually needs.
If you're starting from scratch, we can also help you assess your options and set up the right system for your business.

Yes. We offer accounting system setup and training, including creating or reviewing your Chart of Accounts, connecting accounts, configuring your bookkeeping structure, and helping you understand how to use the system.
The goal isn't just to get QuickBooks turned on. It's to make sure it's actually set up for your business.

Our pricing is customized based on where your business is today and the support you need. To provide fair quotes rather than inflated one-size-fits-all pricing, we take time to understand the scope of your bookkeeping before giving you a number.
